How CC Inc handles text message communications with our customers.

1. Program Description
CC Inc operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with customers about exterior home services including window cleaning, house washing, pest control, exterior painting, holiday lighting, roof treatments, and snow and ice removal. Through this program we may send appointment reminders, estimate follow-ups, scheduling confirmations, service updates, payment reminders, and customer service replies.
2. How to Opt In
You can opt in to receive SMS messages from CC Inc by:
- Selecting "Text me" on our online quote request form at ccincbusiness.com/quote.html
- Verbally agreeing to receive text messages during a phone call with a CC Inc representative
- Providing your phone number in person and confirming you would like text updates
- Replying with a keyword like START, YES, or JOIN to a CC Inc text message
Opt-in is never required as a condition of receiving an estimate or service from CC Inc.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with CC Inc and the services you have requested. You will not receive promotional or bulk marketing messages from this program. Most customers receive between 1 and 5 messages per active service period.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile phone service plan. CC Inc does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may.
5. How to Opt Out
You can opt out of SMS messages from CC Inc at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and then no further texts. You may also reply QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or OPT OUT to be removed.

CC Inc SMS messages are supported on all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile phone number and the content of your SMS conversations with CC Inc are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
CC Inc will never share or sell your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
9. Changes to These Terms
CC Inc may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting an updated version of these terms on this page or by sending an SMS notification. Continued participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
